the fear of failure in professional life versus fear of failure in our personal
creative development.
On the professional side we fear the disapproval of others and the possible financial
consequences that can result. On the personal side we fear the knowledge that we might
not be as creative as we imagine ourselves to be.
In either case, if we wish to grow, we need to embrace failure.
